| 40 | I found General Ward speaking to Chief Engineer Myers about the factory beneath the Oil Rig. I’ve been told to help Myers restart it, and to do so I need to repair a few pipes, restart some circuit breakers, and reset a terminal. | Player told how to power on factory. |
| 50 | Factory issues have been resolved, return to Myers. | |
| 60 | I have successfully helped Chief Engineer Myers restart the Oil Rig’s factory. I should talk to General Ward for further orders. | Factory is operational. Have player go to General Ward and Doctor Kane. |

| 90 | I’ve collected both the Hacktaine Capacitor and the Automated Analyzer. I haven’t found the FEV-II Sample yet, but I’ve noticed part of the facility is barricaded. Notes
- As this is the first quest of Act 2, it will trigger automatically only after the following conditions:
- The Fallout 4 quest “Reunions“ has been completed
- The Prydwen has arrived
- After the above two have been completed - two days must pass (this can be skipped by listening to Enclave Radio for General Ward’s announcement)
